For specific plots/stories it will be decided who gets who.
However for the general Gakuen Verse (World Academy W) you can claim a character.
As for the General anime verse rp (Conference Building only at the moment) you can also claim a character.
Two agreeing parties can switch characters at any time.
If you would like a character claim it here.
